Branding for food and retail tenants in shopping centers and food halls.
A tenant space gives you a storefront, a sign band and a few feet of frontage to win someone walking by. We build identities that work at that scale, then carry through menus, packaging, delivery apps and the landlord's design criteria.
Two decades of work including major Houston sports teams, the Texas Renaissance Festival, energy companies, healthcare systems and founder-led brands. TopDog Fireworks grew to 14 stores with a 30% sales increase in year one after their rebrand.
You are probably here because of one of these
- The storefront does not tell a passerby what you sell or why to stop.
- The landlord's design criteria package has requirements nobody has translated into artwork.
- Menus have been edited so many times they no longer match the brand or price correctly.
- Packaging and to-go items are generic, so off-premise orders carry no branding.
- Delivery app listings use phone photos and a stretched logo.
- You are opening a second location and nothing is documented.
What the work usually covers
Identity built for frontage
Marks that stay legible on a sign band, a window and a cup at the same time.
Storefront and signage
Signage artwork prepared to landlord design criteria and fabricator specs.
Menus and in-store
Menu systems, boards, table and counter pieces that are easy to update.
Packaging and to-go
Cups, bags, labels and stickers so off-premise orders still market the business.
Digital presence
Website, ordering pages and delivery-app assets that match the storefront.

Questions we get in this category
All FAQs →Can you work from the landlord's design criteria?
Yes. Send the criteria package and we design signage and storefront graphics inside those constraints, then prepare submittal-ready artwork for landlord review and for your fabricator.
How fast can this move before an opening date?
It depends on scope, but openings are deadline work. We schedule backwards from the sign fabrication lead time, which is usually the longest item, and sequence menus, packaging and digital behind it.
Do you design menus we can update ourselves?
Yes. Menu systems are built as templates with clear rules for adding, removing and repricing items so routine changes do not require a designer.
Is packaging worth it for a single location?
Usually, yes. For food businesses a meaningful share of orders leave the building, and branded packaging is the only part of the experience the customer sees at home.
