Regional events and attractions

Branding for regional events, festivals and seasonal attractions.

Events live or die on recognition and on how fast a returning visitor can tell it is the same thing they loved last year. We build event identities and campaign systems that scale from a roadside banner to a ticketing page without falling apart.

Two decades of work including major Houston sports teams, the Texas Renaissance Festival, energy companies, healthcare systems and founder-led brands. TopDog Fireworks grew to 14 stores with a 30% sales increase in year one after their rebrand.

You are probably here because of one of these

  • Every year's campaign looks like a different event, so recognition resets each season.
  • Signage, ads, merch and the ticketing page were all designed separately.
  • Sponsors ask for a brand kit and there isn't one to send.
  • Attendance depends on paid media, but the creative changes too often to learn what works.
  • Merchandise is designed last, by whoever has time.
  • On-site wayfinding confuses first-time visitors.

What the work usually covers

  • Event identity

A core mark plus year and sub-event variants so the brand can evolve without restarting.

  • Campaign system

Key art, layouts and ad sizes that carry across outdoor, digital, print and radio-adjacent assets.

  • On-site and signage

Entrances, wayfinding, stage and vendor graphics, banners and directional systems.

  • Merchandise

Apparel and merch designs that fit the identity and actually sell.

  • Digital and ticketing

Landing pages and ticketing flows designed to convert traffic the campaign paid for.

Questions we get in this category

All FAQs →

Should the event identity change every year?

The core identity should stay fixed. What changes is the seasonal layer: key art, theme and dates. That gives you recognition year over year and still gives the campaign something new to say.

Can you work to a fixed on-sale date?

Yes. Event work is deadline-driven by nature, so we build the schedule backwards from your on-sale and print deadlines with milestone dates for each asset group.

Do you design sponsor-facing materials?

Yes. Sponsor decks, tiered logo lockup rules and partner asset kits are common parts of event scope, and they are usually the fastest way to make sponsorship easier to sell.

What about merch and apparel?

Merch is designed as part of the identity, not as an afterthought, and prepared to your printer's specifications for screen print, embroidery or DTG.
